My Daily Reminder

I seriously LOVE my devotional...

it's a daily reminder to slow down and focus on what is important.

Well today's message was one thing I REALLY needed to hear...

It was titled "You Don't Need All the Answers to Stop Worrying" and coming from the Queen of worry (myself) this was VERY needed!

Sometime you need to remember that there is a bigger plan in place for you...  worrying isn't going to change the outcome, it's only going to change your current happiness...

So remember! Stop worrying and enjoy your life, it will all work out the way its meant to!

(which I TOTALLY appreciate by the way.. because I'm not like a fashion blogger or anything, nor am I trying to  be one.. but I am trying to keep it cute so I appreciate the love when I get something right :)

#WCW - Beata Murphy

Today's #WCW goes to one of my bosses.... Beata Murphy!

Beata is kinda a badass in my world..... like when I think of the song "Who run the world.. GIRLS" ... I think of Beata!

I look up to her for so many reasons.. but what I admire most is that she has an amazing job and I love that she encourages the females that work under her!

She shoots it to me straight... if she has an issue with something she takes it up with me personally talks it out and its done. She also is constantly telling me how much she appreciates what I bring to the table.. and she appreciates having me as a representative for our station!

That means THE WORLD TO ME! 

So I wanted to celebrate her .. because one day.. I want to be badass like that! I want to mentor women younger than me.. tell them about my experiences in life, love, and career!

I get to work for some pretty amazing women in my world.. and Beata is certainly one of them!

Guys I'm having a MAJOR MOMENT with this song by Madison Beer... so I wanted to dedicate my "Lyric of the Day" today to her song "All For Love"!!!

There are couple lyrics in this song I wanted to share because I can just totally relate to them....

I like to think I have a pretty good head on my shoulders.. and that I make pretty smart decisions in life... 

But when it comes to matters of the heart I am just a complete fool... I am a hopeless romantic that is always trying to look on the bright side and can be naive at times....

My friends will always be like "Tanya... what the hell.. why did you do that?!" and my answer is always "ALL FOR LOVE...."

Gotta give it to my girl Demi Lovato for giving me this giant reminder today with her latest sing "Confident."

Look... No one is perfect! We all have things about ourselves we wish we could change.. 

if only my nose were smaller.. If only I were 10 pounds less... I wish I had clear skin... I wish I were taller... I wish I were leaner... I wish I had straight hair... I wish my hair were curly...  

I could go on and on for days! 

ill be the first to admit I am my own worst critic. I find flaws in myself that no one else would even notice.. But I not only find them I let them get the best of me. 

well I've turned a corner in my life and I started owning the insecurities I had. Eff it... Why the hell not?! 

life is way too short to spend any energy wishing you had any other body or life than your own... So embrace is!!! 

And at the end of the day.. There's nothing wrong with feeling #Confident 😜

Today's WCW goes to a girl that I've had the privilege to get to know very well... Ms. Hailee Steinfeld! !! 

i want to always be true to myself on this blog and only spread love for people and artists that I truly love (inside and out). It is extremely hard for me to support an artist that I don't fully believe in, so you can always know that the people / artists I talk about are extraordinary people... Hailee being one of them. 

Hailee doesn't have an ounce of mean on her body. She is so down to earth and doesn't think she is better than anyone around her just cause of what she does. 

she is always saying please and thank you... She's always thanking people... And she's not taking any of it for granted.  

It's been such a pleasure getting to know her over the last year or so and I can say she is like a little sister to me. 

i want to see her win... Because I believe in the good ones being on top!!
